		TennTex Services is a property maintenance company that specializes in Rental Properties and Realtor and Commercial work. I started TennTex Services (TTS) when I had a difficult time finding reliable people to work on my own rental properties. I understand the importance of moving in a tenant as quickly as possible, so you can start bringing in money as fast as possible. Payment: TennTex Services pays all workers and services, including, but not limited to the electrician, the plumber, the AC tech, the exterminator, and the flooring specialist. The owner does not pay until the job is completed, approved, and invoiced. Once invoiced, simply mail in payment or use PayPal.
