-whatever is necessary to quickly prepare the house for the tenant to move in

• 30-Day List
-after tenant moves in, TTS will complete a work list compiled by the tenant and approved by the owner

• General Maintenance
-any issues that come up, such as a broken glass, mold under sink, water leak, etc.

• Realtor To-Do List
-maintenance or cosmetic work the realtor and owner deem necessary to sell the house
